• Scheduling information: when you book a call with us, we collect your name, email, and the appointment time, and use Google Calendar to create the meeting and send you a confirmation and reminders.

Advertising and analytics: we use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API (Facebook and Instagram) and, where enabled, Google Analytics to measure how our own advertising performs. These tools set cookies (such as Meta's _fbp and _fbc) and record page views and the steps you take on our booking pages. When you book a call with us, we send Meta a hashed (one-way encrypted) version of the contact details you entered, so Meta can match the booking to the ad you clicked. If you later become a client, we also report the fact and value of your payments to Meta in the same hashed form. Meta never receives your card details, and we never sell your information. You can limit ad measurement in your Facebook and Instagram settings (“Your activity off Meta technologies”) and by using your browser's cookie controls.

Our internal admin tools set a functional session cookie to keep our team signed in. It is not set for visitors browsing the public site.

When you book a call through this site, we use the Google Calendar API to check availability and create the calendar event, which includes your name, email, and the meeting time. This is used solely to manage our scheduling and is not used for any other purpose. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Where Your Information Is Stored

Information submitted through this site is stored in a managed database (Neon) and this site is hosted on Vercel. We use these providers, along with Google's scheduling services, only as necessary to operate this website and deliver our services. We do not share your information with any other third party for their own marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain the information you provide for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, deliver services, and maintain reasonable business records. You can request that we delete your information at any time by contacting us using the details below.

6. Your Rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing us. We will respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable timeframe.
